Warranty
All products sold from Gallinea Srl are covered from 2 years’ Italian warranty for non-conformity defects
according to decree of law 24/02. Damns caused from bad use are not covered. Parts subject to wear and tear are
not granted, in case damn is caused from a normal use.
Eventual backshipments have to be authorized from us and they are meant ex our works in Palazzolo S/Oglio within
30 days from purchase’s date. We will not accept claims after 8 days from good’s consignment.
In case of backshipment transport costs have to be paid from customer, except the case of warranty products; in this case
transport costs for the shipment of replacement will be paid from Gallinea Srl.
Shipment costs will be calculated and indicated in trolley when fulfilling the order. Gallinea’s staff retains the right
to use a different forwarder agent because of logistic needs.
Goods always travel at risk and danger of the Purchaser even if sent carriage free. Acceptance of deliveries with missing
or damaged boxes have to be done “with reserve”. A copy of this “acceptance with reserve” has to be sent to us with the
signalling of the eventual damn or theft. Invoice or receipt (contained in the “pocket” outside of the box), has to be hold as warranty document.
Technical and aesthetic characteristics are indicative and they can be changed every moment without previous warning.
Prices indicated on the web-site are meant without VAT and they can be changed without previous warning.
Reproduction or copy of the existing images is forbidden as the distribution of any kind of material, layout, pictures or logos present on Gallinea’s web-site.

According to the Decree of Law n. 196/2003 handling regulations on people’s protection as far as personal datas concerns,

for communicative aims referred to news, offers, promotions, to better our service and for communications related to purchase.

the treatment of Your personal datas will be performed in a correct, ethical and transparent manner, safeguarding your Privacy and your Rights.
Following information is provided in compliance with art. 13 of Decree Law :
1. PURPOSES FOR WHICH DATAS ARE PROCESSED
Treatment of Your datas is aimed exclusively to the correct and complete execution of the received order and to the supplying of requested service and/or shipment of the products indicated on the contract.
2. TREATMENT’S MODALITY
a) Processing of your information encompasses any activity provided for in art. 4 paragraph 1 A) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 : collection, registering, organization, preservation, consulting, processing, changing, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancelling and destruction of datas.
b) Operations can be done with or without the aid of electronic or computerized instruments.
3. PERSONAL DATA’S TRANSMISSION
Personal data’s transmission is strictly necessary in order to carry out activities as per point 1.
4. REFUSAL TO TRANSMIT PERSONAL DATAS
An eventual refuse to transmit personal datas (as per point 3) causes the impossibility to fulfil activities as per point 1.
5. DATAS COMMUNICATION
Your personal datas may be transmitted for the aims as per point 1 to external cooperators, to people working in judiciary branch, to counterparts and related defensors, to court of judges and general to all subjets needing this kind of communication in order to fulfil the aims as per point 1.
6. DATAS DIFFUSION
Personal datas are not subject to diffusion
7. DATAS TRANSFER TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Personal datas can be transferred to countries being part of the UE and to third countries always with the aims of point 1.
8. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
According to art. 7 of Decree of Law 163/2003 the person concerned may exercise specifical rights, such as obtaining confirmation as to whether or not data related to him are held and the communication of the same in an illegible form, the subject is entitled to obtain information about origin of the personal data, about the purposes of the processing and the methods used, about the logic applied, about the identify of the controller; the subject is also entitled to obtain the updating, rectification or the supplementation of the datas, the erasure, the conversion into anonymous form or the freezing of datas used in beach of the law; the subject has furthermore the possibility to object to datas treatment because of legal grounds.

Data processing owner is Gallinea Srl, via F.lli Cairoli n°4, 25122 Brescia.
According to a.m. briefing we consider that the approval for a.m. datas is given silently, when no objections will be communicated to us.
